Whats everyones preferred whey and creatine for someone on a semi limited budget

In the way of whey that I would recommend is Balance and for creatine as well I would also recommend using balance creatine as well overall balance supplements sell at a good price.

As above, eatme.co.nz is probably the best value for money for both.

Personally, I preferred the flavour of other proteins like ON 100% Whey which is still not bad value from Nutratech at $107 for 2.27kgs.

The Eat Me Creapure Creatine Mono is good and cheaper than buying from bodybuilding.com

if you can get unflavoured and buy in bulk. otherwise youll be paying for aadditives and other stuff you can add yourself. Or Cytosport, redback, pvl for brands are all good, haven't tried any balance product, although my first ever whey powder was a 2kg thermo WPI formula was hella expensive

look around at punch sups in the bargin bin if you want some bang for your buck lol. whey doesnt go off right?

Whey does go off, has around 1-2 year shelf life
