Is there a natural bodybuilding competion in NZ?

Hi Guy's and Gal's.

I've been lifting on and off for a few years now, but i really want to step up in term's of been more serious.

Does anyone know of a competion in NZ that is designed for natural competiors?

I was thinking doing the Clubphysical show for my first next year , that gives me 10 months prep and i've heard it is a great first show.

Hi Mr monday,

There is not really a natural bodybuilding show as such at the moment. The NZFBB is supposed to be natural but is currently not testing its atheletes (it did a few years back).

But the club physical champs is in my opinion the best place to compete for the first time. It is a small show and most of the competitors are natural . It has been designed with the first time competitor in mind, with free posing seminars for those who wish to enter it. And alot of support and advice in general from the club physical bodybuilding club.
