Sore Back When Doing Plank

Make sure your back is straight- not bending in the middle, use your abs to hold you up, it could be you haven't got enough strength in your core doing more planks will help this. Just build up the time slowly doing a little bit longer every week.

:ditto: - if done right you should be using almost all core... keep a straight line through shoulders/hips/ankles, rather than trying to keep eg torso parallel to floor.
