Hey there cool forum. I shouldve registered here ages ago.

Inc life story

I started life as an obese kid ....till I had enough of it. On that note I decided something needed to be done about that. I then whittled myself down to a stick. My technique...water 4-6 hours of kickboxing 5 days a week and little food. I wish I had of know about macro nutrients then....

I'm now on the protien n creatine pushing for a lean 75kg (currently a slightly wobbly 78)

I'm into muay thai and martial arts, and more recently body-building and general track and field performance. I have taken a break from pure combat training to pursue some mass and strength. Which in the last year has earned me 15kg (not all muscle, im trimming down now to see if what I gained was worth the effort, its looking like 5-10 kg if i can get the fat off without loosing muscle and im not sure how the fluids will effect my weight) which is better than nothing, but I'm still after more. I gotta admit after laughing at body-builders for being large, inefficient and what I used to think was an easy way of fitness....I now have a whole new way of viewing what they do. Who would've known it is such a day in day out grind! After stepping in their shoes I understand why it drives them, the feeling of simply pushing pulling and squeezing till you cant any more is great. The grind I refer to is very linear but the learning curve and science behind the sport is amazing. All this time I thought they just picked things up and put them down again T_T ...i was wrong. So now I am admittedly addicted to the game, and its a core part of my weekly fitness and further more my day to day life.

I've been experimenting with some bodybuilding sups to see what works and what doesn't, and also meeting some experienced people and getting their take on things. It's a tough road this bodybuilding lifestyle, theres a lot of bullshit pie to cut through before you get some sound info.

Heres what ive used to date

WPC WPI

Creatine mono and ester

Glutamine

carnitine

thermos

tribulus

multivits

vanadyl

glucose n h20 (uber "sup" in my opinion)

Heres what I have yet to have tried

NO and related products

beta analine

BCAA's dont know why i havent tried this yet

anabolic boosting complexes. the "beta-anabolerreenaldryeenal-thermotastic-massmonstoroidal, NOW WITH MORE VITIMAN B! look at the graphs! multicoloured lines!" type of stuff (im looking at norateen)

and then the frowned upon "gear"

So theres my life story

Whats yours? :3

If you have any advice on training, supplementation or just anything in general, please drop me a line. I am always keen to learn. knowledge is power *evil cackle*

Take care train hard!
