refine this diet plan

ok my goals are to do a slow cut. with zero muscle loss( dreaming i know). also dont want to drop to fast because i need plenty of energy or my work is effected which is no good.

i have a very active job so pretty much moving none stop for about 9 hours a day. im 22, 76kgs and about 5'6. probably in the 18-20% range.

ok here it is. i try to make every meal different to keep it interesting.

630 1 cup oats with lil bit of milk

orange

double protein shake with 10ml extra virgin olive oil

coffee with milk

muilt vitamen

1000 steak or chicken breast sandwich

1200 185g tuna in water with 1 cup basmati rice

300 185g tuna in oil with nut and seed mix(havent decide on which nuts and seeds recommendations would be appreciated)

530 1 cup oats with water and 1 protein scoop

700 pre workout 1 scoop protein

post workout double protein shake withe about 30g simple sugers from powerade powder

930ish steak or chicken breast with frozen veges

i calculate this at around 2500 cals maybe slightly higher.so let me know what you think.

on days i dont workout i dont have the pre and postworkout meals
