Getting the diet just right......

Hi all,

I've been at this diet thing for some time now, as I try to drop a few kilos of fat, while also working to build muscle mass. I've had some success over the four or so months I have been training, although I do struggle from time to time with the odd bit of cheating.

Anyway, I have found renewed vigour in respect to my diet, and trying to get rid of fat, and such forth. In this regard my question is quite simple!!!!!

I'm hoping someone can give me a good example or two, or three, or four, of what their diet consists from morning to night. I'm trying to build some sort of plan for myself in this regard, as although I am losing fat (% continues to drop anyway), I am sure I could be eating better.........

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any reccomendations for a nutritionist dude ?

I know of RNC ... apart from that the one at the local gym is no good for bb, she told me if i eat more than about 50g of protein a day my body would waste it. LOL i get that much in one meal.
