It was quite funny as I was at the gym about 3 hours after they finished filming that video last year. IMO that method of training does the job, but can't be done every week. oh and their is no way in hell that i would be touching those cobbles that he was lying on, they are right next to a pub and how many years of piss and slime growing on there. lol
