breakfast for summer

i usually have microwave oats + protein powder + milk + fresh fruit(s) for breakfast. as the summer is coming, anyone have any suggestion for breakfast in summer days?

last summer i remember i roast my own muesli and have it with unsweetened yogurt, protein powder and fresh fruit(s). but i'm trying to cut down the ''sugar / honey'' intake. anyone have any suggestions?

Eat your oats raw.

Mix up your protein powder in around 100ml of cold water to make a thick shake. Pour over your raw oats and leave to soak for 5-10 mins...mix in a tablespoon of peanut butter if desired otherwise eat as is.

Raw oats are great! Or chuck all of the above in a blender to make a super-protein shake and drink! :grin:

Omelettes are great too, bacon and eggs, steak and eggs although they aren't really very summery! But they is good! :grin:
