How many people click the link "View your submitted message" straight after they just posted to a thread? Strange how you go back and read it after you just typed it... :roll:

Um no... I do not

But I have just worked out that you can click on a topic and then click on the first unread message!! :grin: Man that saves alot of time.... and all this time I've been scrolling and scrolling :roll:

I do, but it's usually to tidy up grammar and/or to make sure I've made sense. This sometimes means long-winded posts ensuring I've made myself clear (and multiple "edit" notes at the bottom of my post if I've spotted something after someone has posted ). It's also handy to see if someone has posted just before you have.

Often though, I just hit the preview button and check it out there.

Any decent forum should tell you if a message has been submitted between hitting post reply and actually posting it

I always re-read my submitted message, weird that other ppl do too lol

Nah, only if I think I've done a silly typo or something and want to fix it quick. More often than not the typos go unnoticed, or til a few days later when I read one of my posts someone has quoted that has a big fat typo in it!

I check it - just to check if I've made typos etc. I'm terrible/writing at editing so I'm someone who needs to double check.
