Kevin Levrone 405lbs Bench Quest

Yeah he did but didn't really get into any block busters, seems to be doing well in his new LevroneReport, has heaps of followers and no other ex ifbb pro (especially of his calibre) is doing what he's doing, I guess you really need to watch all his youtube posts from the very beginning (March 09 I think) to fully understand what he's trying to achieve.

I'm probably a bit biased so better to suss it out for yourself.

The whole "Levrone Report" is just a vehicle to push his latest supplement line.

He'll be juicing, no doubt about it. Oh but he went to the hospital and got a drug test

While I agree with most of what you said NZMM, the drug test was from Quest Labs (who do USPL's drug tests), so it was a legit test. He passed, what that means is up to interpretation but I guess at that point he could rightly claim to be as clean as any testing USPL Powerlifter (IPF affiliated).

Kevin knows his stuff, and as mentioned earlier by someone, is giving out more quality advice than I've seen out of the entire IFBB Pro ranks in over a decade! I he has a supplement line it may actually be work trying, regardless of what Kevin has or hasn't done to get back in shape.

Nate

PS - KL is looking great, I'd be keen to see him come back in 2010 for another crack at the Sandow!

Yeah that vid is certainly a bit gay but WTF Kevin was one of the best bodybuilders we have seen & was denighed an "O" top placing by the giants around at the time. I have been following his Levrone Report from the beginning. Some of you guys should take a look at what simple hard training can achieve. No bullshit just plain & simple . I dont care whether he was juiced or not. (rumour was that he is on Gh &/or IGF) He has made an amazing transformation in a few weeks, more than most of us can obtain with years of training.

I'm biased cos I'm a huge fan, I've always preferred Levrone's physique over any one of the greats and as you can expect I was a kid in a candy store when he started his LevroneReport, he keeps it real, he explains what he is doing, allows fans to post questions to him and he does his best to answer them all, he has no sponsors and doesn't claim to have the best way of doing anything, only what has worked for him.

Yes he took a drug test so if that is legit then he is not on steroids but could be on hgh or igf, we will never know and can only speculate BUT what everyone does know is that yes he does have a history of steroid use which could explain in part why is muscle memory is above natural levels and not to mention is amazing genetics.

Levrone at O, I'm not so sure, he hasn't really displayed his legs in this whole LevroneReport thing and he wasn't one to do squats alot due to an old back injury back in the day, he'd do Hacks and Leg presses with millions of reps on extensions and leg curls.

Also I wouldn't care if he was taking steroids so long as it was so he could compete again, I mean come on!! who isn't on roids at olympia these days?
