What multi vits are people taking?

Im looking for one with a decent amount of bcomplex as its ment to help with nerve damage.

But i also take a separate B Complex from GNLD daily.

I've used the Nutralife ones for years seem to work fine. But then again how can we tell?

I use to the red seal men's multi they seem to work fine for and I am using the the balance multi they work for me with out any problems

yeah they are all the same old same old, you can compare most quantities of (eg vit B) of each brand on the net. Most brands list amounts of all the important stuff on their web sites. I use either balance or NFS ultimate sports multi. Anything with ultimate in the title must be pretty awesome

Some health food shops stock it but the cheapest way is to order it from altered states

That site has to be one of the worst around...felt like a time warp back to 1996

Easier to walk backwards 2 blocks to the supermarket and buy some than deal with that site

Yeah sorry it is a crap site. Just call them instead on auckland- 828 9800 and say you want some life force sent out to you. Call between 11am and 4pm

Went for red seal multi vit + mineral and mag/iron/b6 all in one tabs

shuld try and find ones without iron (FE) imo

most men dont need any additional getting enough from meat

+ it can lead to problems i rekon cancer

gotta be carefull taking a multi every day for your whole life... thats a lot of stuff you may or may not need
