What brand of Yoghurt do you eat?

I've been eating Yoplait Elivae and decided to go to their website to find out the nutrition details. It has a whopping 18.9g of sugar per 150g! OMG.

They have another brand called forme that has 8g of sugar per 175g, I think I'll switch to that unless someone knows of an even healthier yoghurt?

I like the organic one by BioFarm, they do a low-fat version too. Yum in smoothies.

Low fat Bio Farm for me. Though not lately - been a bit poor so having milk instead of yogurt (free at work!!).

16 % sugar but its like the only sugary thing i have each day. and i cant stand oats with bland yoghurt

Mix a couple scoops protein powder till it's as thick as golden syrup - then pour that over your oats. Brilliant.

Just checked mine, i use fresh n fruity lite, 8.5g sugar but the flavour is excellent kind of sweet, can't stand the sour stuff.

I've been on that "Passion Fruit Cheesecake" for the last week, have it with me Oats in the morning, damn its nice, doesn't last long though :cry:
