Hey, im new to the scene. im 18 and ive been working out for about a year with out any suppliments or anything apart from a decent diet. i am 6

foot and around 90kg's and am looking to push that up to 100. Hopeing i could get some info on different protein supliments that you guys recomend, wat stuff works/doesnt, wat you personaly recomend and so on.

Any help would be great, thanks,

Hey Aaron, welcome.

So, let's fill in the gaps.

Diet - What's a "decent diet" consist of - meal composition and time-of-day ?

Training - what's your current number of days, and exercise plan (so, what do you do on leg day, for instance). Not so much weights, but sets x reps.
