Hey there,

This is my first time in this forum, usually on bodybuilding.com.So hi to you all , I have competed in figure b4 now and am looking at competing again next year. I am 5"5 and am weighing about 55- 56v kilos at mo, need to gain a bit og definition and keep bodyfat low as I do this. Train with my PT twice a week and do cardio most days in the form of hiit and running, bit of power walking as well. Anyways look forward to chatting with some kiwis!!!! :D
