How much dextrose should be taken with creatine to get a insulin spike?

this is how i have it,tastes just like cell tech hardcore (a bit sweeter) 914 grames of dextrose mix with 4 litres of water & 1 raro sashaye for flavor. then pour 155mls into a shaker & add 5 grames of creatine.very nice,then after consuming, that fill shaker with same amount of water to wash it down and get any left overs,i prefur micronised creatine so you dont get any gritty bits. 8)

I don't usually bother getting carbs w/ creatine (unless I'm already getting them).

But if you're worried that it matters, 20-40g should be plenty.
