How many/Do you still need quick carbs while cutting

Will depend on any individual and your sensitivity to carbs..

When I cut I have carbs for breakfast, post and pre workout, usually around 100-120g.

On leg days, carbs increase and days that involve 2-a-days (such as working out in the morning and training in the evening), carbs decrease on off-days, but calories remain relatively the same.

So to think about im actually on a carb-cycle, but not really, it just depends on my schedule..

Reducing carbs can be done (Keto), but seriously, its difficult to completely cut carbs, especially long-term. The best advice I can give is to use carbs as fuel, only when you need it.
