Bulking Diet?

Decided i want to get as big as i can, even if that means putting on a bit of fat (i could try and cut down to 10% BF but i would like way too tiny for my liking...) so have decided to go on a clean bulk and try get up to 85-86kg eventually..however long that may take...

Stats:

Weight: 75.5kg

Height: 173cm (5'8)

BF%: Not really sure and not really worried atm..

Eats:

8.30am: Breakfast: 1 cup of oats + Banana + 2x Protein Shakes (50g protein)

10.30am: 180 tin of Tuna, 1 cup of broccolli, 1 cup of basmati white rice

12.00pm: 3 whole eggs on 2x peices of wholegrain bread

3.30pm: 180 tin of Tuna, 1 cup of broccolli, 1 cup of basmati white rice

6.00pm: 200g Chicken, 1 cup of broccolli, 1 cup of rice

9.00pm (PW) 200g Chicken + 2 Protein Shakes (50g of protein)

Fitday.com says thats about 3,250cals and a macro breakdown of 38/33/28 (P/C/F) which is around 300g of protein, 260g of carbs, and close to 100g of fat..

Should i be upping my carbs and lowering fat intake?

What do u think?

Cheers

imo yep up the carbs, fat you could drop back, but if its good fat who cares! your bulking, fats are calorie dense, great for ppl who struggle to eat surplus calories. just eat clean mate, and eat big. january this year i was 72k, i hit 85k in may, then cut off some fat. but if your putting on a little fat, it means your in calorific excess. and thats exactly what you want!

note - the above was as a natural, before anyone disputes..

Well fitday say there is 36.3g of Monounsaturated fats (the good fat that lowers total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) while increasing HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol). 23.1g of Polyunsaturated fats which also lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol...and then there is 28.8g of Saturated fats which raise total blood cholesterol as well as LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol).

So that would mean there is more good than bad fats so 100g total fat is fine?

Wondering how i can up my carbs...
