I think I remember someone mentioning ages ago the the order ingredients are listed on food packaging represents how much they make up of the product. Can anyone confirm this?

I only ask cause I was looking at a protein bar which had this: Protein Blend (soy protein isolate, calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate) - not good if its mostly soy protein?
