How Long do Your Weight/Strength Sessions Last For?

About 40-50 minutes on weight and then 0-50 mins on cardio depending on whether i cbf :pfft:

What the She-hulk said - weights takes 45-55 minutes or so, and then cardio if it's on the plan.

I'm starting to think i should change my username to she-hulk since no one calls me becbec anymore... how do i change it?

I'm limited to 3 gym sessions/week and one implement on weekends (or 2 of each pre-comp phase), so I'm in the gym waaaaaay too long!

Realistically 90 minutes is standard, but to compensate I eat prior & then have a sustagen shake (or Dates if Nickoli brings his stash down) midway through the workout.

Implement sessions take between 60 - 120 minutes, plus 60 minutes or so for a few kavas with the boys afterwards!

If BBing I would split workouts more and keep to 50 mins as a maximum.
