Low carb protein powders??

Hi all,

I am trying to change my eating habits slightly - I would like to have a protein shake as my morning and afternoon tea (as this seems to be where I "cheat" a little)

Just wondering what you reccomend for low-carb protein powders?

OR...let me know what you think of O.N. stock standard protein powder ('cos i've got a sh*t load of it haha)...

I have to take into consideration taste and price as well, taste mainly

Just use what you've got. ON is good stuff.

Have a look in the nutrition area for other types of foods u can eat then too.

Iv used ON in the past, its quite low carb anyway.

Why not eat some real food in the arvo? Such as chicken or tuna?

Dymatize Elite is another alternative, and the tub I had (Strawberry flavour I think?) tasted pretty damn nice too.

In saying that though, I'd be inclined to agree with the others that have suggested Isolate :nod:
