about myself?hehe where do i start..I guess i started training after being told by the doc i had a Vascular sist that was messing up my downstairs plumbing something shocking and said if i didnt lose weight it was gonna effect me furthur down the track. when i jumped on the scales i was pretty shocked at my weight was about 148.8kgs.

Whn i saw how muched i weighed i thought i better do something about it. So in march i joined westwaves fitness centre and ive been there ever since back in feb i was 148.8kg now im about 126kgs, and now im eatting cleaner

my main goal now is body building i eat,live and sleep the stuff now

training split is as follows

Day 1: rest

Day 2: rest

Day 3: chest,shoulders

Day 4: Quads,hammys,abs

Day 5: Biceps and triceps

Day 6: back,calves

Day 7: forearms,traps,abs

welcome, good to hear you have been able to turn things around hope to hear more in the future , what is your target weight?

hey mate, not to sure on my target weight for my height im about 6'4-6'5 area kinda still figurin that one out :D
