Best fat burners to take??

I and several friends have had success using ultra ripped protien - ie protein with caffine green tea carnatine etc all in it.

when u run to the gym u can actually feel the hotness in your lungs more than normal - it definatly heats you up. i lost 8kg in 2 months last year and got really gaunt. i was training 5-6 times a week and doing tenniss and some running as well as touch. my diet was pretty good - lots of salads etc all done by spreadsheet.

imho if you want reuslts you have to calorie count and take it serious for 3 weeks. Id rather cut more slowly this year so am gan start in 3 weeks and cut 3-4kgs over 6 weeks. Im in better shape this year than last.

other products id try are thermo ripped caps or carnatine caps- - but i am biased towards using balance cos i have a hook up and i trust it more than us brands

^^ Worst thread ever.

Apart from the 68kg guy trying to lose weight  (Is this the NZ Jockey forum?) I have to laugh at all the advice on crappy 'fatburners' with no attention paid to whats being eaten!

Highlights the worst side of 'bodybuilding', however I suppose someone has to keep folks like Team Reset in business!

First off DIET and TRAINING.

If those 2 are sound then look at adding a fat burner along with other supplements. These products are to "supplment" a solid training and diet regimen.

High-protein/low-glycemic carb/high essential fat diet.

Intense training program that includes intervals, heavy weights, etc.

My top fat burning supplement choice is Ripped freak stacked with Gaspari IntraPro.

68kg huh, I laid a poo bigger than you this morning... :toilet:

I used some stuff from nutra life and thought it was dodgey as, made my mind go a bit weird and I wanted to kill people. So I stopped. That was a real weak product too so be careful with any real strong stuff. Any one else had mental health issues on fat burners??

My boyfriend and I started taking Mitotropin and we just about lost the plot. We were on edge, snappy, totally crazy. He has been totally put off by things like that now haha. I have just started taking ripped freak but only one a day instead of the recommended 2. I feel ok, was slightly anxious earlier but think it may have been more to do with me not eating much....

will keep you posted on results :pfft:

Fat burners are a waste of money for the general person looking to lose some weight/bodyfat. You can easily get to 10% bodyfat and have your abs without them.

Its all diet, training & recovery!! Save your money and instead go buy some good clean food and some good running shoes and get to it! Don´t look for short cuts or easy fixes... there arn´t any!!!

The term "Fat Burner" implies that once you start taking them that you mysteriously start burning fat. Wrong! To burn fat you must have a deficit of calories.

Legal "Fat Burners" just have a little caffeine. Even illegal ones like ephedrine or clenbuterol only assist in a small increase in metabolism but without a calorie deficit will do nothing except make you more alert.

They should not be referred to as fat burners but as energy pills just like energy drinks.

Have a coffee it's just as effective.
