Hi from Atlanta

Hi, I am a 44 year old Kiwi living in the states. Home base is Atlanta but I am on the road 6 days a week driving an 18 wheeler.

I modified my diet about 4 months ago to eating clean and cycling carbs, I joined the YMCA 2.5 months ago and have been stopping where I am able to find a YMCA close enough to park the truck, it works out to 2-3 days between weight workouts, 1-2 hours per day cardio and time waiting at customers doing crunches and pressups in my sleeper.

I am 172cm and when I left out last Sunday 196lbs, 4 months ago when I stopped eating truckstop food I was 223lbs.
