i think its cool for kid to be able to do those things but think of the poor bugger and how much protien etc hed need to recover and the effects it would prob have on his joints at such young age

thats more than sum women do at our gym

I wonder what consequences it will have though, such low body fat plus a lot of physical exercise stressing his small frame. It's probably going to stunt his growth and burn him out before he's 20. His parents being the hands that guide are responsible for his well being, and making a kid squat is bullshit. Hell you don't know what a persons strength potential will be until they have finished puberty. He will most likely be a child sensation then drop from the radar as puberty hits and he hardly grows at all, like Richard Sandrak.

Probably a bit of a misconception Luigi?

From my limited understanding the former eastern bloc countries tended to avoid specialising athletes until a much later age (post puberty) than the Americans. Hence America would win a bunch of age grade events but this wouldn't translate to Olympic medals, which was the focus of the europeans.

This kid will have serious problems with his bones later on in life. Your bones dont fully mature until you are 18.

If Arnie saw what this kid was doing (and obviously influenced to do it big time by his father) he wouldnt agree with it.

And thats all that matters really, is what Arnie would think.

Can be very disturbing to see this sort of thing. 4 year old kids should be loved & cherished, not whipped into some figment of their parents egotistical imagination. I would like to have a wee "chat" to them about their responsibilities as parents.

Yeh but how many parents here would train their 4 year old like this and make him do that shit? I doubt any.

He's FOUR YEARS OLD for fucks sake.

Next they will be injecting him with steroids and telling him they are for 'the better of his health'.
