I am Ally Shadbolt... i am interested in getting into bodybuilding ( atleast 1 comp) as i want to know what its like to be on stage and why my mum

(Jayne Shadbolt) love it so much!

i know how to get started, what to eat, how to exercise etc but if anyone can give me some hints/tips etc that would be much appreciated
