It's pretty good, great database. The main problem is that you can't (that I'm aware of) program in more than 6 meals in a day, and you can't rename them from the ones in the screenshot above.

If I could add as many meals as I liked and name them "meal1, meal2" or whatever I liked, it'd be great.

The bodybuilding basics at least will be similar regardless, most bodybuilding diets will consist of chicken, rice, potato, canned tuna, eggs, oats, broccoli etc. I wouldn't imagine the nutritional data of these would vary too much. To be safe, I've always checked the nutritional info on my packets matches up with the product in the database to make sure it'll be accurate.

Even if someone doesn't believe the database of an international program, a good one should allow you to input your own products complete with nutritional data into it. This shouldn't be too hard, for convenience sake most of us have the same few foods over and over.

Good tip, Nate, I wasn't aware there were NZ tables that could be added to programs, it'd certainly make things easier for someone who wants to get everything down perfectly, although according to their site it's $500!

the link i gave at the top is already cracked so u dont have to pay, u can add and edit your own meals

Are you saying you can add more than 6 meals a day? and relabel them from "breakfast, morning snack" etc?

I couldn't see how to do that, I'd have another look at it if that can be done

i was saying you can add foods and edit how much protein etc they have in them, but if you click the tab thats under a drop down boxs comes down and then click "group snacks between meals" it will add a snack after breakfast lunch etc so thats 6 meals

Yeah, that's what I thought, thanks. Having 8 meals a day can be so much hassle!
