Been having a bit of PVL WHEY MAXX lately.

It is really good in my opinion.

Mixes very easily with water, no clumps at all.

I have got the chocolate one and it tastes awesome.

24g of protein from a 34g serve.

You get 2.2kg or 5lb +10% EXTRA! of powder for $104.50

(+10% EXTRA deal on at punchsupplements)

At 4.2cents a gram a two serve shake (68g) will cost $2.856

It is at the top of the whey protein powder list at:

Read more about it here

Yeah, this is what im using at the moment as well. Just about to finish another bag of Vanilla.

Same as above, mixes well, tastes good, and noticed strength gains when i started back on it.

You can get it cheaper than that in the bigger bags (per serve) as well.

i used it a while ago and agreed it tastes good etc, noticed some strength gains but it only took me about 3weeks to finish it, $100approx every 3weeks nah cant have that.

Using some other stuff at the moment, seems to be working but have to mix it with milk too get 43g of protein. had 50servings so far and only used about half the tub.

It is actually not that good of a whey protein. The protein % per serving is only 70%, which is quite low. You can get whey proteins that's got 80% protein per serving for almost the same price. Just shop around.

What protein powders are 80% whey for the same price? $169 for 10lb is decent and from my shopping around it seems by far the best deal not including eat me or fonterra stuff..

Well. if you compare PVL to Optimum Nutrition then Optimum is much better. Protein content is 80%, you can get Optimum at Nutratech for $108.

So 10lbs of PVL - $169 compared to 10lbs Optimum - $216 just to get 79% protein instead of 70.5%. Is there anything else that makes it so much better? They are both isolate/concentrate blends with good amino profiles etc. Because the extra $47 isnt worth it IMO.
