68 kg @ 5'9" is positively anorexic unless your are on stage & dehydrated (and then you're still bordering on being painfully small!).

Don't take the above to heart, I just think you should focus on putting some muscle on rather than dieting and losing what little you've got (especially if you're considering thermo's).

Your upper body, well chest / tri's anyway, sound reasonably strong - do you train back & legs?

I suggest hitting a solid programme, 3-4 days per week, bodyparts once per week, and step up your eating (clean foods if you wanna stay lean) and watch the mirror. With a little more muscle you'll look better without dropping anymore BF (if you've got all your abs out anyway).

I suggest you put more info up, your original post comes across a little like it should be on a Jenny Craig support website! (except the good chest movements part!).

All the best.

Nate

haha all good! defiantly not skinney by any means. mmmm mayb more 5, 8!!! do 4 times a wk. most ppl describe me and short and stocky. Get a lot of stick from my mates about being muscly! cos i used to jst be short and small!!!

At the gym do:

2 times a wk, chest; bench and elavlated bench, shoulders; do 30kg 8 reps 3 sets. Then seated row, fly, and cross-overs

2 times a wk, legs; leg press 175kg. other leg stuff, pull downs, biceps curls and triceps scull-crushers

And abs most days

yeh at the moment, 40kg dunbells just 3 sets of 6 reps. But wanna get it up to 8-10 reps like doing at 37.5kg. And def not that many decent lifters at the uni gym!!

Diet wise is pretti good. Usually breakfast 2 eggs, few pieces of toast then maybe some bacon. Lunch usually rice and chicken or sushi or something. And dinnners vary, but usually arn't that fatty. Try to only drink once a week. Cos drinking isn't good for the body!!!

You're diet is seriously lacking protein, and i'm assuming you probably have a lot of carbs with your dinner which should be avoided.

Most of us on here aim for 6 small and high in protein meals per day, and don't drink at all
