Id try them again really. Everyone makes mistakes and Im sure they would rather make it right than get bad publicity.

You are right, however they should have corrected it when it was pointed out to them, not replied with "hard luck,deal is over" type email

Funny how it showed up a few days after I posted this tho!!!!

I probably will use them again as they have the best prices and easy to use website, I hope they learn a lesson from this.

It would be interesting if we could place feedback on them like trademe to see what theirs would be like because it looks like i'm not the only one whos had problems.

Did you write them a brief email outlining your situation or did you just yell at them on the phone?

Most businesses will correct a wrong if given all the details etc.

Yes I did write them two emails,they replied with pretty much "Tough" and the second was strongly worded but not offensive telling them to take it out of the pocket of whoever stuffed up,anyway it must have worked because I woke up this morning and there was a package containing my BCAAs and two free protein bars.

It only took them 16days but better late than never I suppose

It pays to really shop around for the best prices. I see guys saying this place is the best or that place is the best but in reality the prices differ all the time. I guess it comes down to whether you want to be loyal to a certain shop. Take PVL Whey Maxx 5lb+10% at the moment as an example.
