Shit service from Punchsupplements!!!!!!!

I have really had no problems with them until my last order, which they really fucked up and now they want me to be out of pocket for their f*ck up.

I placed my order on the evening of Tuesday the 15th September and set up an auto pay to go through that evening, hich it subsequently did.

The order was for a creatine and a 3kg tub of Balance protein which came with 150 free BCAA tablets, I normally buy the Horleys crossfire protein with the balance BCAAs but with this deal I would be saving about $40.

This is where it starts to go pearshaped, First they state on their website that as soon as an order is placed they set aside the product so it doesn't get sold elsewhere and when payment is confirmed it gets dispatched.

So it would seem that these folks don't bother adhering to their own policies and failed to put it aside or even send the item. Due to living in an out of the way area I was expecting it to arrive on the Friday, however it did not arrive.

So Monday I give them a ring, and it was "oh we're sorry it would appear it wasn't sent, we'll get it out today"

So a full week after ordering it ,it arrives minus the BCAA tablets and a packing slip.

When I email them about the missing "freebies" they reply that it was a special deal and it had now finished and they were "sorry" about that.

I replied that I did not care about the deal ending, and that as I had placed the order when the deal was still valid and that I had an email to confirm that that was the case and I wanted them sent.

I am still awaiting a reply on that one.

So ultimately I ended up paying more for the protein than I would have , had I got my normal brand, and still now have to go and buy my BCAAs, though rest assured it won't be from punch supplements!!!!!

yea not worth screw arounds like that. your supps are (to me anyways) as valuable as say medication, and if theyr mucking around then your losing gains.

for a company, why would they bother doing something like that, they should have replaced it with a product of same or better quality/value.

yes, their f*ck up. your the customer, and your always right. specially if you ordered the product during the promotion.

They have sent me the wrong stuff twice, this last time I couldn't even be bothered to return it I just used it. It was too much hassle to post it back to them and wait again for my correct stuff. I haven't been that impressed by them but they do have a good selection.

Yea, I got the wrong thing from them once, then they rang out of the flavour I had wanted of the one I had ordered so they had to give me a diff one.

But they threw in a whole pile of free samples when it did come out so all around pretty happy.

Ordered from them heaps and never had problems other times - they sorted this one out pretty quick when I got onto them about it.

i use to always use punchsupplements untill i looked around and found shotgun n nutratech, these guys give me freebies every now and then, punchsupplements have never given me a freebie once.

i never had any complaints with punch but i'd rather shop were the freebies are at.

yea.was never a big fan of punchsups. they f*ck around a few days before deciding to send supplements out to you,well thats what ive experienced w/ them. id usually stick to nutratech as they r the best :clap: . always quick service and quick delivery, w/out fail :clap:

Did you write them a brief email outlining your situation or did you just yell at them on the phone?

Most businesses will correct a wrong if given all the details etc.

Yes I did write them two emails,they replied with pretty much "Tough" and the second was strongly worded but not offensive telling them to take it out of the pocket of whoever stuffed up,anyway it must have worked because I woke up this morning and there was a package containing my BCAAs and two free protein bars.

It only took them 16days but better late than never I suppose

In my experience with Punch I've always had good prompt service at very competitive prices. But I guess even the best of us get it wrong sometimes..

up to now I had no problems either, but it wouldn't have hurt them to double check what I was telling them and see that I was right, and remedy the situation. I don't know how much this thread has helped, but the BCAAs arrived on my door this morning with 2 free hplc bars .

better late than never I guess
