I saw on tv though that it has the same amount of sugar and the same amount of fat (sometimes more fat) than milk chocolate the only benefit is more antioxidants. And coz I don't rely on my cheat meals as sources of antioxidants I way rather have milk chocolate than dark. The new cadbury bubbly one is awesome :nod:

Don't try that cadbury lite one with the artificial sweetner. Its gross and it gives you the shits :oops:

If you have a sweet tooth and you can control your portions, then go for it. If you deprive yourself of the stuff you love, you will seriously derail all your good work. I have a bag of dark chocolate broken up in the pocket under my car seat so my treat is a piece on the way to the gym and a piece when I leave the gym. Works really well for me, im not a one day a week big pig out girl, i work better having something small every day.
