Then: Creatine, Whey, Glutamine, Multi-vitamin, Multi-Mineral, Joint supplement ( if your like me and can make every movable part click).

Creatine Ethyl Ester (for a laugh, see if it works)

I'm on my second week of this now. Haven't taken creatine monohydrate before so don't have anything to compare it to (didn't want to suffer the water retention or add extra carbs to my diet) but my recovery between sets seems to be quicker. I also have a dry mouth a lot, so am downing an extra litre of water a day.

I had my first workout with it today. Did back, can't honestly say if it gave me more strength as I can't go too heavy owing to a gammy shoulder (bloody rugby). Consequently I stick to 15-8 reps. I can safely say I got way more pumped than usual. Recovery between sets was quick, but then again I'm pretty cardiovascularly fit, and I'm sure that helps me bash out sets pretty quickly. But yeah, the pump was definately there.

Tentative thumbs up to CEE :)

Am taking USN Creatine x4. It comes in caplet form and you take 4 of these (which are gigantic  ) 30 minutes before a workout. Total of 3000mg CEE per serve (4 caplets).

More info about this here

I know it's much more expensive than creatine monohydrate ($65 for a month's supply), but I'm not interested in retaining water or having extra carbs in my diet.

What about you?
