Anyone tried this?....I bought it last week.....looks like chalk powder.

Its a monohydrate creatine. Is it good stuff or cheap shit?

How long until i feel the amaaaaazing effects of creatine?

Oh yeh, I had a shit workout at the gym today....feel depressed as shit......had no motivation. Booyakasha.

Hehe, yeah for the loading stage. then it says 5g per day.

Though next time i try it,(will be soon) ill be on around 10g a day. Apparently gives better results and creatine is rather cheap.

Its been maiking me tired every time i have it with water.....every time. Is this normal?

some brands vary in their recommendations for loading phases, i've tried a few different brands of monohydrate and have always loaded with 30g for 5 days followed by a maintenance of 10-15g on training days and 5g on non-training days and gotten results. usually take it mixed with apple juice and add 2-3 table spoons of dextrose to my pre and post-workout servings, the idea is to create an insulin spike which improves the absoprtion :)

its generally pretty important u no as much as possible abt the supplements u take so im quite surprised uve never heard of a loading phase on the monohydrate there. kinda had me questioning wat ur up to a bit! yea tried metaphysics rampage, tbh i quite like it. its got the usual stuf like caffeine to help get u dialled in, but its also got a good amount of bcaa's and some nice extras like beta alanine (which stacks extremely well with creatine) and HMB (which i feel is a v underrated supp)
