Sex, Test levels etc

Ahh not sure on where to post this so its here.

Just wondering, how sex effects Test levels.

I have a few ideas obviously but i can see this making some big differences to performance in the Gym.

Obviously going the the Gym straight after sex isn't a good idea seem your in ultimate relax mode :)

But is more or less better.

E.g. More you do it the more you produce Testosterone, but your also depleting it with the act itself?
