hey whats up everybody, i'm just new to the bodybuilding seen , i'm on this site to increase my knowledge of bodybuilding.

at the moment i've been in and out of the gym for the last year, i haven't been as committed as i'd like due to the lack of knowledge i have about the seen.

currently i'm studying to be a personal trainer to help base my bodybuilding career around the right people i need to keep me motivated.

currently i have poor knowledge of the bodybuilding seen and would like as much help as i can get as i plan to enter my first novice competition next year this 2010.

if there is anything i could do to help anyone else here, i will be glad to.

i will be posting a picture of my self within the next week or two.

what i want to know at the moment is what kind of work out should i start of with and what type of order should i put my exercises in to maximise the stimulation of the 7 muscle fibres to help them grow, and which selection of supplements should i be using ? 8)
