 people seem to forget that the ppl on this site are REAL. lol. then suddenly they realise they are.. and get scared or somthing

Lol fair enough, I have always prefered to remain anon, though sometimes i think it does get taken too far.

Are you sure you are real ? and not just a program in my computer? mmm :pfft:

Ama, hey I got to north harbour health and fitness too! I like that gym because its real simple, I dont like flash gyms, they're kool and all, I just prefer the dumbells and bench press machines. Though I really enjoy hammer strength machines, they kick ass. (north harbour doesnt have those guys).

Victoria University.

Which is now so jammed with apparatus you can barely move!

One upon a time there was free space to move and do free exercises....then the other week they jammed in a Smith Rack and an incline bench press.

But that's ok. Hardly anyone uses the free weight squat rack so no queues for me

yeah Im a regular there, im going there in about 2hours. I stopped going for about 4 months and well you know the story, but im getting right into again, fully supplemented up hard arggghh!!! Yeah its a good buzz going to the gym and breaking a sweat. Hammer Strength bro, an American brand Im pretty sure. When I was out south at club physical they had a few machines. The machines target your muscles perfectly, like its hard to explain, but when you try it, you dont wanna go back. Very well engineered!!But $$$$$.

I go to the Centennial in Christchurch.

I'm going to be travelling a bit for my work and would like to get to gym in most places in the South Island from Christchurch down to Invercargill - rather than sit in a motel and do bugger all.

If you have suggestions for at least the main centres guys - I'd appreciate it.

I've just recently moved to gisborne and am training at the YMCA, it's hard to adjust because there are not many bodybuilders here and the dumbells only go up to 45 kilo's which is LIGHT WEIGHT. I start work there in about 3 weeks so hopefully i can convince them to go heavier on some gear.
