Hi all,

My name is Simon, Im 25 and living in Melbourne but will be moving back to the motherland in a month or two so I thought I mite as well get to know the NZ Health and fitness scene as best I can as soon as I can...

I am a definite hard gainer weighing in at 67kg which I have weighed for the last 6 or 7 years but love the gym and being healthy... this year I have replaced a lot of body fat with muscle and could use some advice on what to do next.

Currently I am obsessed with Crossfit!!! It rocks and I cant get enough.

Bring on the sixpac!

I'm a big fan of Crossfit too. I've done a couple of sessions at Crossfit Oahu, where I was first introduced to Crossfit while on holiday in Hawaii. But I haven't been to the NZ Crossfits yet. So I couldn't comment on them :(

My training is not based around Crossfitting, I just do a Crossfit workout now and then to mix up my training. My fav workout is the 'Snatching Bear' = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PIvGHMu0-0

And I'm yet to get my kipping pull ups :evil: Or else Fran would be my fav workout :pfft:
