Tues - chest/tri

Wed - back/bi

Thurs - delts

Fri - bi/tris

Cardio/abs first thing mon-sun

i have a firend who is looking to compeat in the wellington nabba show this year, she trains at city fitness has a trainer but wants some experianced guidence, diet, posing, help from someone in palmy? what experinced bbtrainers are in palmy? thanks

Not sure about bb trainers, but she could talk to Craig at ASN Nutrition, he might know someone who can help her.

What trainer is she using at Cityfitness? Byron Peach would definatley be the best there for bodybuilding, he's currently training me up for a show this year and he knows his stuff :nod:

He has trained female competitiors as well. But yea if not him I'd go see Craig as he's sure to know someone. Or possibly Jackie at Human Movements, she's had a few competitions under her belt.
