Ujwal or Just Some Guy or JSG here from Auckland. Been training for 10 years (27 years old with the mental dev of a 6 year old) but never ate properly so don't look it.

Be cool to meet you peeps as time goes on.

Joined here to find a training partner.

I train at the Auckland Uni gym where I pretend to study. Happy to work with someone with at least a years experience.

My background:

I've trained under Dr. Paul Haslam, (Olympic Coach, Mr Australia 91,92, multiple powerlifting titles, lecturer at Sydney Uni in sports science and writer for Mens Health magazine.)

Tony Martin (NZ masters champ among many many other titles and owner of Tony Martins Sports Connection).

Clive Green (owner of Clive Green New Market).

James Barratt (motivation and sports coach) trained under him for 2 continuous years.

From all these people over the years and my personal research and experimentation I've learnt a lot.

NOT AN EXPERT - BUT MORE THAN HAPPY to train someone who wants to train with me. A more experienced person will be awesome to bounce ideas off.

Personal Bests 5 reps at 70kgs body weight:

Free weight Olympic barbell

Bench - Just over bodyweight ( suck at this )

Squat - 2 x body weight

Dead lift - Just over 2 x body weight

Shoulder Press - Body weight

At this point I want to train Mon/Wed/Fri

Following this program:

Squats 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Leg Extensions 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Leg Curls 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Dumbbell Pullovers 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Barbell Overhead Shoulder Press 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Seated Rows 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Bench Press 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Weighted Pullups 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Weighted Dips 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Barbell Bicep Curls 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Tricep Extensions 1 X 8 - 10 reps

Standing Calf Raises 1 X 8 - 12 reps

Abs - 1 X 10 - 15 reps

The programs will change every month or so to keep us challenged.
