Lifting Straps or Chalk?

I prefer to use lifting straps for all back movements personally. Im there to train my back not my grip, I strap up tight and use only one finger to stop the strap from slipping.

Great advice in my view. You sacrifice your technique if you are worrying about losing your grip. Your grip and forearms will fail well before your back. And I also agree that high quality straps are a must.

Hey,

Did anyone ever find anywhere to buy it in larger quantities? I know that outdoorsy stores will sell it, but only in 300g packets at around $15-$20. There must be a better way?

Cheers

300g would last a pretty long time, unless your eating the stuff, getting months out of a 200g bucket i grab last time
