i would like to add i had the pleasure of being on stage with jonah sat.

getting to be up there with someone ive admired for so long was fantastic.

what a humble guy.he just got on with it like everyone else backstage. i hope he gives it another go. i would say people improve show by show and he can get so much leaner 2nd time around.

anyone who has the courage to get onstage deserves some respect and he has mine for giving it a go.

he doesnt deserve any critisicm for getting up there. and as far as the media goes the poor guy couldnt go from his changing room to the toilet without 5 cameras following along behind.

well done Jonah hopefully you have inspired others to improve themselves and look at competing.

I thought the competition for the mens overall was the best I've seen in a long time, and you appeared to be well up there - although it looked like you and Dan were a bit "over" the pose-off ! Great effort!

jonah was in the aussie paper aswell i was at work and saw it, he looked good
