That's a big mistake. Just cos you got a day off and feel relaxed your muscles are still crying out for a decent feed. It may not feel like it but you still need to feed them. I know what you mean though, you feel like you don't need too but you should still make sure you have protein with every meal. I'm on the beers right now, day off, but I skulled a huge protein shake before I started drinking.
