Hey btw, I buy sunrice's medium grain calrose brown rice.. is this good?

Cos I heard somewhere that calrose = high GI?!

Unfortunately the only brown rice at my local super..

2 kg rump steak

1 kg Chicken breast

2 kg basmati rice

5 kg potatoes

Some herbs and spices (not the KFC or weed variety)

3 packs of Raro

7 banana's

30 eggs

2 leaning tower pizza's

500 gram BBQ and 500 gram tomatoe sauce

I think thats everything

OK, this is for two:

4 kg chicken breasts

800g steak

400g fresh fish

8 x 185g cans tuna

18 eggs

6L xtra milk

5kg yoghurt (you heard me, this gym bunny ain't gettin no osteoporosis!)

rolled oats

brown rice

pasta sauce/tinned tomatoes

soy/sweet chilli sauce

frozen berries

bananas

oranges

pineapple

beans

broccoli

asparagus

carrots

baby spinach

sweet potato

potatoes

mushrooms

capsicums

tomatoes

coriander (and garlic, chilli etc as needed)

chicken stock

plus multivitamins, flax oil and protein as required
