Chicken Legs

Recommended Posts

Just found this site and thought I would check it out. I'm a bit of a hard gainer, now there is an understatement, classic ectomorphic shape, tall and lean. Have been working out regularly, come rain, hail or snow for about 14 months. Its a battle as the genetics just dont agree that I should be big. Like to hear from others that have the same problem and cracked the secret to becoming big.

Looking forward to meeting you all.

Cheers

Gidday Rob. I think most bodybuilders start off from the extreme ends of the physique spectrum - either too skinny or too fat. The people with average builds don't face the same incentives as the rest of us, so they don't bother working as hard. So by being average to start with, they are almost doomed to remain average. But those of us with the incentive to work out can (eventually) build a much better-than-average physique.

Anyway. That's enough philosophical rambling. Welcome.

Thanks for the friendly welcome guys, this seems to be a pretty cool place to hang out and learn from those that have been there and done that. 8)

The chicken legs do need a lot of work, but hey you should have seen they a year ago..... well then again maybe not, still not a pretty sight but thats just my overly critical opinion.

Cheers

Rob
