Big Difference by Changing ONE thing in your diet?

Hi all, Just wondering if in general your diet is OK, but What is that one thing you have changed in your diet and it made a big difference?

For example, i think my diet was ok (eating 6 proper meals), but i used to feel little tired around 3pm for a while now, and recently have been taking Fish Oil capsules one every meal (6 in total) and it has made a huge difference to me.

I dont feel as much tired anymore, my recovery seems little better.

But thats how i feel. (It could be just all in my head) :pfft: :pfft:

Definitely experimenting with carbs.

All of them are centered around my workouts, and on off/low workout days I keep them low.

I feel pudgy and flabby one days where I consume them needlessly. Im looking forward to a nice pasta meal tomorrow though, been awhile since i've had a meal high in carbs. :)

Holy crap....imo that is the worst thing you could take.

Your post workout meal should consist of low-zero fat.

eggs always make a big difference when i include them in diet.

Reduced beer intake + switch from WPC to WPI = reduced belly fat and noticable improvement after 12 weeks.

Whats WPC and WPI?? (sorry if its something obvious and its a stupid question!) :oops:

WPC = Whey Protein Concentrate

WPI = Whey Protein Isolate

Isolate has less carbs and a higher % of protein
