Thought i better join in(yay another forum to waste my days on)

Reason I started body building- friend got me into it

Goals at the moment- cut that fat! gain some more lean muscle. My eating is almost on track, my weak point seems to be breakfast at the moment.

Works crazy at the moment so my gym sessions have not been the best, Iv been doing a bit of travel and long hours.

Id post up some more but I'm shattered after a day of snowboarding and I'm trying to catch up on some work now :roll:
