carb deplete load stratergies

seeing it is that time of year for most competaters who does what and what works best for you?

do you use a deplete load and if so what do you load with.

in the past ive depleted sunday to thursday with last workout thurs morning then carbed up straight after that with dry cooked white rice and dry cook kumara.

let us no how you do it could be interesting to here others view/protocols
