hey everybody, just letting everyone know on the 30th of September we will be hosting Justin rys's book launch (muscle building secrets unleashed) at Cadillac diner in lower hutt. as im the head chef and a very keen body builder i have decided to open a place where we can go out and have a decent/healthy meal without having to take our own. its a 1960's american style burger/milkshake bar so along with the amercian burger menu and all day menu we have PORTEIN BURGERS, PROTEIN PANCAKES, FRUIT, SALADS and yes PROTEIN SHAKES! we will also be selling the GO-FAST products this food will be available all the time when the shop is open.

book launch is from 6pm 30th of sept with book signing, spot prize's giveaway's and great food. we are having a street party for the launch of the cafe/diner on the 26th.

so make sure if you wana go out and still stick to the healthy food then im there too help.

Yep it was cool, a few NZBB peeps there, Justin signed lots of books and sold bigkiwi convict gear, lots of photos taken, we ate Arnie burgers which were the size of my head!!! We all sat around laughing and talking shit, Justin talked and thanked everyone for coming then the DJ crankedup some hard house and he did a pose down in his undies...
