Mitotropin + pain relief?

I`m currently taking Mitotropin at the moment and was wanting to know if anyone who is or has used it has taken the likes of Nurofen with it? It isn`t completely clear as to what pain relief you could take except for not being allowed to take anything with phylephrine, ephedrine or pseudoephedrine in it. Nurofen contains ibuprofen and codeine. I sometimes get problems with my ears playing up if I get a slight headcold, I don`t exactly want to stop taking the Mitotropin. Any feedback would be great!

I took some fast acting Diclofenac(sp) or voltaren basically when the tendons got real sore in my elbow...no probs.

I know that you're not meant to take clonadine with anything that increases noroepinephrine because clonadine just completely reverses it
