Not tryin to be a smart arse here, serious question...Is that an opinion or can it be backed up?

"This study also showed that KA supplementation actually resulted in 35% greater conversion of creatine to creatinine than CM. In conclusion the conversion of creatine to creatinine is not a limitation in the delivery of creatine from CM and KA is less stable than CM in the acid conditions of the stomach."

Maybe just do a bit of research to make up your own mind. It seems that one of the appealing points of KA is it's a pill, it's quick easy and convenient to take. Yay, I don't have to piss round with a powder and mix it in my shake etc.

Didn't get that on kre-alk. Anyone else notice this?

Probably because it was doing nothing :pfft: (sorry, couldn't resist). Re cramps, did you calculate dose on bodyweight or just take as per package instructions?

Havn't had it for a while, but would have just followed the instructions, but I don't load, just wait out the loading phase. I'm 96kg 18-20&bf so would have thought I'd be fine. I do boxing for cardio days, that's when it tends to be an issue. More pulling a muscle I guess over cramping. Only ever happened when on the creatine.
